Artist Spotlight: Tayana Osuna

Heyo! My name is Tayana, I happen to be the Arts & Culture editor, and I am an avid crocheter! I started crocheting at a very young age when a relative taught me how, granted I only knew how to create one long chain then. When I decided to pick up crocheting again, I started by learning how to make simple things like hats and scarves, and later picked up summer tops and amigurumi (ex. my lil fried egg lad). What I love most about crocheting is creating cute little gifts for my friends. Funnily enough, the reason why I started practicing amigurumi was because a friend of mine asked for a massive crochet egg, and the lil lad here was the prototype 🙂
