Artist Bio

I am Ani Cassellius, a second year at Augsburg, fine arts scholar, and art education major. I typically draw or paint in acrylic but this specific piece is watercolor/ink. It was created in conversation about intersectional feminism and designed to fit into a color schemed project for my partner. It is a practice of creating a diverse set of faces from different shapes, using the random forms to inspire a human face.
